man pcp-geolocate does not work as the man page is missing in the pcp-geolocate rpm package

Steps to reproduce

1.  Install pcp-geolocate

   # yum -y install pcp-zeroconf pcp-geolocate
   

2.  Check for the man page

   #  man pcp-geolocate
   # rpm -ql pcp-geolocate | grep pcp-geolocate.1
   

Expected results

man pcp-geolocate shows man page of the pcp-geolocate tool

Actual results

No man page is shown as the page is missing in the pcp-geolocate rpm package, even it is available in upstream.
