What were you trying to do that didn't work?

The IDP configuration for the Okta provider type has Organization listed as required, but when configured via the CLI it is not.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

This confuses the customers who wish to use the IdM webUI when configuring an Okta IDP reference and looking at our documentation and sees that it is not required for the CLI.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

All package versions since the release of IDP.

How reproducible is this bug?:

Very reproducible as it is part of the IdM and not an addon.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install IdM
2. Open IdM webUI
3. go to Authentication -> Identity Provider references
4. click Add
5. choose Okta as the pre-defined provider type

Expected results

List only IDP reference name, client identifier, provider type, and base URL as required entries.

Actual results

organization add to the previous required entries.
