We've agreed that building and releasing python3.12-minimal container on Red Hat Software catalog is a good idea.

The plan for python containers is to:

• have only full container images for RHEL 8
• provide both full and minimal container images for RHEL 9 (to gather some usage statistics)
• provide only the minimal container image for RHEL 10 (and wait for a request for a full version, if there is a demand)
