What were you trying to do that didn't work?

I'm trying to build the NDCTL package that depends upon iniparser-devel for Stream10, for archs:  x86_64,  aarch64, ppc64le

The iniparser-devel package is not available, as it was for Stream9.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Cannot provide builds of NDCTL on Streams10.

Fails to find always. I have my COPR build set up to look at these repos:

similar for aarch64 and ppc64le

We'd like to release on Streams10 when iniparser-devel is available.
