Given a system administrator has a valid Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) configuration file,

When they run nm-cloud-setup in an instance with the OCI provider option and the configuration file,

Then nm-cloud-setup should successfully provision the specified information in the OCI metadata and configure correctly the network interfaces.

Definition of Done:

The implementation meets the acceptance criteria

Integration tests are written and pass

The code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata

We need to extend the nm-cloud-setup tool to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a cloud metadata provider. This includes implementing features that allow configuration of network interfaces using the OCI as it is done right now with other supported providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
