[RFE] Cluster HA support for Azure VMware Solutions ( AVS )

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Customers have showed interest in the ability to run the cluster stack on Azure's Vmware Solutions ( AVS ), for Vmware VM's migrated to an Azure Cloud Environment. Checking for possible certification of these environment for HA support purposes. 

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      AVS environments are not currently certified, and it's not clear if it's compatible with the cluster Stack.
