What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Create more than 1 Filesystem, LVM-activate, podman, or VirtualDomain resources.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

systemd drop-in file is recreated followed by a "systemctl daemon-reload" for each of the additional resources by the same agent.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create 2 or more resources with the same resource agent

      Expected results

Only creates/updates the systemd drop-in file and runs "systemctl daemon-reload" if the file doesnt exist or needs to be updated (e.g. after resource-agents upgrade if there was a change to the drop-in part of the agent).

      Actual results

Recreates the systemd drop-in file and runs "systemctl daemon-reload" for every additional resource created with the same agent.
