      Goal

      • As a Fedora EPEL RPM packager, I want CentOS Stream 10 to ship RPM 4.20, so that I can use declarative builds and other new RPM packaging features to ensure porting packages from Fedora that use those features to CentOS/RHEL is possible.

      Acceptance criteria

      • Verify rpm and rpm-build are upgraded to 4.20
      • Verify that RPM specs with Declarative Builds are processed and can build packages.
