What were you trying to do that didn't work?
On shutdown we see the following messages:

Sep 18 17:13:44 systemd[1]: gdm.service: Triggering OnFailure= dependencies.
Sep 18 17:13:44 systemd[1]: gdm.service: Failed to enqueue OnFailure= job, ignoring: Unit plymouth-quit.service not found.
What is the impact of this issue to you?
Minor - unnecessary failure messages generated

How reproducible is this bug?:
seems pretty consistent.
Steps to reproduce
- select shutdown machine from session menu
Expected results
no error messages
It seems there are two issues:
- gdm is exiting with an error on normal shutdown
- The OnFailure= options mentions a non-existing unit
