Description of problem:
to dump a specific entry in changelog we can do

the problem is that if you do a MOD_ADD or a MOD_REPLACE it will be displayed the same.
Another issue is that a MOD_DELETE does not display the deleted attribute.

Output of dbscan is missing MOD_TYPE and deleted attribute
