What were you trying to do that didn't work?

In a manual graphical installation of RHEL-9.5.0-20240717.2 on a machine with two disks with existing GPT partitioning and new automatically created partitioning, Anaconda complains that a BIOS boot partition is needed, even though the automatically created partitioning contains such a partition.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      python3-blivet-3.6.0-15.el9 / anaconda-34.25.5.6-1.el9

      How reproducible:

Likely always on a specific hardware.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Get a machine with a specific configuration (the particular requirement aren't 100% known ATM, but likely it's an existing GPT partitioning on a BIOS machine with at least two disks).
      2. Run a manual graphical installation of RHEL-9.5.0-20240717.2.
      3. Advance to partitioning spoke, select all disks and opt for Custom partitioning.
      4. Remove any existing partitions, select Standard Partition scheme (might not be necessary) and use the autopart function.
      5. Observe that a BIOS boot partition has been created.
      6. Remove /home partition if it exists; change partition type for / to RAID(1) (might not be necessary).
      7. Click on Done.

      Expected results

The partitioning is successful, Anaconda returns back from the advance partitioning spoke.

      Actual results

Partitioning is not successful and Anaconda displays error bar on the bottom of the screen. Error message displayed after clicking on the error bar states "Your BIOS-based system needs a special partition to boot from a GPT disk label. To continue, please create a 1MiB 'biosboot' type partition."

      Additional notes

I couldn't reproduce the issue locally in a VM, it seems to occur on some specific (Dell) machines.
