Description of problem:
Please backport support for Type=notify-reload for systemd units to systemd in RHEL 9, this should be https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/25916, if I'm not mistaken.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
systemd-252-14.el9

Actual results:
No support for Type=notify-reload in systemd units.

Expected results:
Support for Type=notify-reload in systemd units.

Additional info:
This would help me to address https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/18484 (or similar effects) and especially https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/6162 to handle new/modern services in EPEL better.
