Reapply action did not update `connection.id` in dbus for GetAppliedConnection

      Given a network connection is applied on a device using NetworkManager and a reapply action is performed to modify the connection,

      When the system administrator retrieves the applied connection details via the DBus method org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Device.GetAppliedConnection after the reapply action,

      Then, the connection.id in the DBus response should reflect the updated connection.id immediately after the reapply action.

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • Integration tests are written and pass
      • The code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      The DBUS method `org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Device.GetAppliedConnection` still
      return the old `connection.id` after reapply action.
