What were you trying to do that didn't work?
Installing rhc-worker-playbook reports the following error during installation:
warning: group yggdrasil-worker does not exist - using root
What is the impact of this issue to you?
This is probably not a functional blocker, but will result in rpm --verify invocation failures.
Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:
rhc-worker-playbook-0.2.1-1.el10
yggdrasil-0.4.4-2.el10.x86_64.rpm
How reproducible is this bug?:
Always
Steps to reproduce
- New system
- Install rhc-worker-playbook
Expected results
The /var/lib/rhc-worker-playbook directory should get created with user:group attributes as defined in the spec file: 0700, root, yggdrasil-worker
Actual results
RPM prints a warning, and uses "root" as the group instead. This results in rpm --verify failing.
