      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      After installing firefox 128.2.0-1.el9_4 built against rebased NSS (3.101.0-7.el9_4), no TLS enabled websites are able to load, with a `NS_ERROR_SOCKET_CREATE_FAILED`

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Firefox does not work, which is a default included web browser.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen: firefox-128.2.0-1.el9_4

      How reproducible is this bug?: Always

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install updated firefox and NSS
      2. Try to load a TLS-enabled website

      Expected results

      website loads

      Actual results

      Socket creation error received from NSS.
