This is a request to add composefs-devel to the AppStream. We basically need to maintain a stable API and ABI for at least the lifetime of RHEL10 as libostree links to it as a shared library so we may as well do this. I would also like to enable things like https://rauc.io/ which are experimenting with composefs to link against it more formally.
