go-toolset does not install delve automatically on ppc64le [rhel-10]

      Recently delve-1.22.1-4.el10 introduced new ppc64le builds, however latest go-toolset-1.22.5-1.el10.ppc64le.rpm (part of golang-1.22.5-1.el10) does not list delve on Requires on ppc64le arch similarly to current go-toolset on rhel-8 and 9.

      This should also automatically fix the Product Listings of delve rpms for ppc64le (https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/131063/builds).
