Crash when running Node.js application on ubi 9

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Running application based on Node.js in ubi9 with Node.js 20.16.0

      We got pipeline-ui pods restart on some prod regions and it seems to be related to this issue https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/53089 and https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/53075 that is fixed in 20.17.0.

      So, I checked if this version was available in the node-js 20 red hat base image that we need to consume and it was not. This is why I requested an update of the node.js 20.x version in the red hat base image (registry.access.redhat.com/ubi9/nodejs-20:latest).

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      When the pod restarts on prod regions like DAL or FRA, we experience slower responses from the pipeline ui. So, this doesn’t give a good experience to our users of the IBM Cloud.

      Intermittent in our case, 100% in bug reported in upstream community -https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/53075
