      Host SMBIOS information is not available on some machines

      1. virsh sysinfo
        error: failed to get sysinfo
        error: unsupported configuration: Host SMBIOS information is not available

        What is the impact of this issue to you?

      unable to manage VMs.

      1. Install kvm packages on RHEL 8.10
      2. execute virsh sysinfo
      3.  

      Expected results

      xml result is displayed with host information. 

      Actual results

      error: failed to get sysinfo

      error: unsupported configuration: Host SMBIOS information is not available
