      Description of problem:
      A RHEL 9.0 to RHEL 9.1 upgrade hung during scriptlet runs of NetworkManager

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      NetworkManager-1.40.0-1.el9

      How reproducible:
      Not sure

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. RHEL 9.0 system with iptables based firewalld
      2. Upgrade
      3.

      Actual results:
      NetworkMnager scripts fail

      Expected results:
      Update should work

      Additional info:
      Looking at firewalld logs,
      ERROR: '/usr/sbin/iptables-restore -w -n' failed: /usr/sbin/iptables-restore: Symbol `xtables_chain_protos' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking

      Tying to figure out why no network connectivity was working via the console also resulted in the xtables_chain_protos error messages

      Suspect triggered by NetworkManager post-install
      test -x /usr/bin/firewall-cmd && firewall-cmd --reload --quiet || :
