Goal

When converting converting the guest image using the virt-v2v-in-place, it does not generate any output file. In the MTV we are using this file to expose the firmware right now using the xml domain output but we are planning to change it to the -o kubevirt.

virt-v2v options needed by the MTV:

  -o <glance|kubevirt|libvirt|local|null|openstack|qemu|rhv|rhv-upload|vdsm>
  -on <name>                          Rename guest when converting
  -os <storage>                       Set output storage location

The virt-v2v-in-place does not have these options.
