Goal

• As a writer of scripts for use on multiple Linux distributions, I want to be able to rely on the ID and ID_LIKE fields in /etc/os-release to identify distributions that RHEL is compatible with.

  Acceptance Criteria

• The /etc/os-release file on RHEL includes the line
  ID_LIKE="centos fedora"

Note: this needs to be available in the 10.0 Beta in order to provide sufficient "soak time" and enable consumers of this field to adjust to this inclusion if needed.
