osinfo-db is lacking entries for rhel10.0 and rhel10-unknown. Consequently, detecting RHEL10.0 media OS names does not work. With upstream code:
$ osinfo-detect RHEL-10.0-20240822.0-x86_64-dvd1.iso
Media is bootable.
This presented itself with some testing using virt-install, in this bug: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-54353
