bash history - recent history is missing with broken ssh session

      Description of problem:

      Hi guys.
      I do not remember it being this way & I do not think it's intentional, thus filing it as a bug.

      With ssh broken in a violent fashion, killed, link failure, then upon reconnection even if almost immediate, all commands issued recently do not show up in history.

      bash-5.1.8-6.el9.x86_64
