Goal

Support in a recent case came to me and said it would be a good idea for me to enable early kdump on all my servers to catch a rare race condition ( https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-18443 ). If it's a good idea for me to enable this on all my servers this should be a good idea for everyone so this should become a default when kdump is enabled.

Acceptance Criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Clarify if early kdump is a generally good idea
• If yes, make it a default for kdump
