      Clone of rhel-9.5 issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-40903

      Goal

      • The MTV operator must be able to use virt-v2v-in-place to perform warm migrations. MTV will be responsible for performing all the preliminary checks and warn the user about the risk involved in this.
      • The virt-v2v-in-place should be documented as explicitly not supported by the general user (in other words, it will only be supported for MTV usage)
