For your information, perl-generators in RHEL-9 is at 1.11 version, while perl:5.32 stream in RHEL-8 contains 1.13 version. From the upstream changelog:

• Add perltest.attr to generate dependencies for tests sub-packages

Especially missing 1.12 version can produce tests subpacakges with insufficient dependencies.

perl:5.32 users upgrading from RHEL-8 to RHEL-9 will experience a regression.
