      The base Instruction Set Architecture (ISA) for `go build` has been set to:

      * For IBM POWER: `power9`
      * For AMD64: `v2`

      With this update, packages that use the provided macros can take advantage of the new capabilities offered by the hardware architectures without the need for explicit configuration or adjustments.
