When there is no /hana/shared/BEN/exe/linuxx86_64/hdb/sapcontrol path detected, the leapp defaults to the latest release supported. it can't default to non E4S one on PAYG/RHUI SAP VMs on all CCSP, since we don't release those. Meaning it can't default to 9.5, 9.7 or in the future to 10.1, 10.3 and so on. 

For Nov Y24 release, when it defaults to 9.5 we will just document it to use --target to override the default value. 

Probably, for simplicity, we can drop /hana/shared/BEN/exe/linuxx86_64/hdb/sapcontrol path check, and just check whether sap rhui client rpm installed and in such case support only E4S releases, but the default one should be the earliest, not latest. E.g. if we support 9.4 and 9.6, then 9.4 should be default one.
