virt-v2v / Windows to take disks online after they got moved to virtio

      Goal: 

      • virt-v2v is moving disks to a virtio bus, but because of this move, windows is taking the drives offline (except for boot drive) for security reasons.
      • This request is about v2v to bring disks online that it previously moved to virtio
      • Indirectly this will ensure that drives (volumes actually) appear with their original drive letter

      Acceptance Criteria

      A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

      • Verify a vmware VM with additional 6 disks with drive letters F, G, N, O, T, Y, after virt-v2v processed, boot on KVM, all disks with correct drive letters are still visible
