On RHEL-10 systems, rpm verify fails on efi-filesystem.
Similar bugs were fixed in RHEL-8 and RHEL-9(bugzilla_1845052, jira_RHELPLAN-69739).

Expected results
"rpm -V efi-filesystem" should no report any issues.
Actual results
"rpm -V efi-filesystem" return error
