jss rpminspect license test complains that boolean joining terms are not in caps

      rpminspect expects the joining terms between SPDX license identifiers to be in caps:

      "SPDX license expressions in use in jss-5.5.0-3.el10.src, but an invalid boolean was found: or; when using SPDX expression the booleans must be in all caps."
