      A build of PCP in c10s has failed with:
      Error:
      Problem: conflicting requests

      • nothing provides libmysqlclient.so.21()(64bit) needed by perl-DBD-MySQL-5.007-1.el10.x86_64 from CS-Build
      • nothing provides libmysqlclient.so.21(libmysqlclient_21.0)(64bit) needed by perl-DBD-MySQL-5.007-1.el10.x86_64 from CS-Build
        Does perl-DBD-MySQL need a rebuild for a newer libmysqlclient version?  Thanks.
