[This is a clone from the RHEl10 bug, it is better to do same in RHEL9, one less dependency is always good]

Nobody maintains google-benchmark in RHEL10,  but snappy has the build-denpendency of google-benchmark-devel.

Please remove the dependency if possible.  A quick test with "fedpkg local" passed building, but still need to make sure it works in RHEL with building and functional testing.
