The Freshmaker update of 8.6 failed due to a package mismatch in arches.

The latest build was released to x86_64 and ppc64le repositories in advisory 131858 [1], but not aarch64 and s390x repositories. The package is noarch meaning it should be shipped to every repo. The RHEL 8.6 ELS image can't be built anymore due to package mismatch in arches (whether by Freshmaker or other tools/users).
Our assumption is that there might be a sync issue

Please let me know if it's not RHELBUILD issue
