This happened during rebase to 102.3.0 version:

Check SOURCES/distribution.ini changes.

Proposal

I'd propose to generate distribution.ini during package build according to /etc/os-release values.

So name will be CentOS Stream for CS and Red Hat Enterprise Linux for RHEL.

Ids are centos and redhat respectively.
