      .Ant rebased to version 1.10.9

      The `ant:1.10` module stream has been updated to version 1.10.9. This version provides support for code signing, using a provider class and provider argument.

      [NOTE]
      ====
      The updated `ant:1.10` module stream provides only the `ant` and `ant-lib` packages. Remaining packages related to Ant are distributed in the `javapackages-tools` module in the unsupported CodeReady Linux Builder (CRB) repository and have not been updated.

      Packages from the updated `ant:1.10` module stream cannot be used in parallel with packages from the `javapackages-tools` module. If you want to use the complete set of Ant-related packages, you must uninstall the `ant:1.10` module and disable it, link:https://access.redhat.com/articles/4348511[enable the CRB repository], and install the `javapackages-tools` module.

      Description of problem:
      Provide a slightly newer version of Ant through the RHEL 8 repositories to provide customers with the latest features. Customer needs Ant support for code signing, using a provider class and argument because the their application that they build needs to interact with the Digicert cloud HSM.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      Currently, ant-1.10.5-1.module+el8+2598+06babf2e.noarch.rpm is the latest. This version was released upstream in July 2018.
      The customer needs Ant support for code signing, using a provider class and argument. That feature apparently is part of Ant 1.10.8, which came out in May of 2020.
