      • As a user, I want to increase the promotion priority for a promotable resource on a particular node, in addition to any priority that the resource agent might set.

      • Verify that `pcs constraint location` accepts `role=Promoted` when using the `prefers` or `avoids` syntax (the `rule` syntax already accepts it)
      • Verify that the created `rsc_location` constraint in the CIB XML has `role` set to the requested value
