What were you trying to do that didn't work?

After stopping, mocking and starting systemd-logind service, all active sessions quit in 10 seconds. This is regression in RHEL10, not experienced in previous RHELs or any Fedora (including Rawhide).

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      systemd-256-6.el10.x86_64

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to reproduce

run pip3 install dbusmock and ssh to RHEL10 machine

      1. systemctl stop systemd-logind
      2. timeout 5 python3 -m dbusmock -t logind
      3. systemctl start systemd-logind

      Expected results

All sessions remain active and are listed in loginctl output

      Actual results

All sessions (ssh and tty) are exited in 10 seconds after logind start, meanwhile loginctl shows no active sessions.
