.Alternate storage paths for MS SQL data and logs

The `mssql` role usually automatically configures the default data and logs storage paths. With this update, you can provide custom storage paths with the `mssql_datadir` and `mssql_logdir` variables. Optionally, you can also set permissions for the custom paths with the `mssql_datadir_mode` and `mssql_logdir_mode` variables.

      variables.
