      Once bootstrap of all Java packages is done (RHEL-52290) and javapackages-tools is switched to use OpenJDK 21 as default system Java (RHEL-49822) we should run scratch builds of all Java packages across RHEL 10, including packages from different subsystems, to find potential FTBFS issues that could be fixed before ITM 26.
