ant: FTBFS in bootstrap mode in RHEL 10

      Package ant does not build in bootstrap mode (--with bootstrap) in RHEL 10.
      The reason for this is incompatibility with javapackages-bootstrap version 1.17.0 that is currently available in RHEL 10 buildroot.

      Affected NVR: ant-1.10.14-8.el10

      The fix is to port package ant to be compatible with javapackages-bootstrap 1.17.0.

      Acceptance criteria: package ant builds fine in bootstrap mode (--with bootstrap).

      Test coverage: not needed.
