What were you trying to do that didn't work?

When using tigervnc upstream, the config files default to ~/.config/tigervnc rather than ~/.vnc causing selinux denials.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      How reproducible: 100%

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Build latest tigervnc from upstream
      2. Use new config location
      3. AVC denial

      Expected results

~/.config/tigervnc/ is mapped to the right type unconfined_u:object_r:vnc_home_t:s0

      Actual results

      ~/.config/tigervnc/ is instead unconfined_u:object_r:config_home_t:s0
