Grub should utilize the macros from system-sb-certs in RHEL 10

      We have a set of macros provided by the system-sb-certs package that tell the signing service which certificates to sign with. Grub2 in RHEL 10 does not currently make use of these macros.

      This triggered some queries in RHELBLD-15314, but we should be able to solve this in the grub2 packaging.
