xerces-j2 package in RHEL 10 has legacy %post scriptlet for alternatives removal. This scriptlet is not needed and should be removed.

Reproducer: dnf install xerces-j2

Actual output: Running scriptlet: xerces-j2-2.12.2-9.el10.noarch

Expected output: no scriptlet is ran during install
