      RHEL 8.10 to 9.4 leapp upgrade

      How reproducible:

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  UEFI RHEL 8.10 system
      2. Perform leapp upgrade
      3.  SYstem will land into grub prompt as /boot/grub2/grub.cfg file is missing.

      Expected results

       File /boot/grub2/grub.cfg should have been created during leapp upgrade.

      Actual results

      File /boot/grub2/grub.cfg is missing and we need to re-create it
