Description of problem:
ip mptcp endpoint could not dump ip address on s390x

[root@s390x]# uname -r
5.14.0-149.el9.s390x
[root@s390x]# rpm -qa | grep iproute

iproute-tc-5.18.0-1.el9.s390x
[root@s390x]# ip mptcp endpoint
[root@s390x]# ip mptcp endpoint add 10.1.1.1
[root@s390x]# ip mptcp endpoint
id 1 <<< should show ip address
