No tesseract langpacks other than English are available

      Tesseract language packs used to be present in EPEL, so customers could use the main tesseract package from RHEL and any necessary language pack from EPEL. This was true in RHEL 8.

      In RHEL 9, we started shipping tesseract-langpack-eng in AppStream. However, the rest of the langpacks in EPEL 9 were removed. Customers needing to use specific languages are unable to do so now.
