What were you trying to do that didn't work?
The "Microsoft NDIS Capture" feature could not be installed on Win2019 or Win2025. The error appears consistently and group policy restrictions are blocking the installation of the "Microsoft NDIS Capture" feature using the prewhql262 NetKVM driver. In addition, this issue is not limited to "Microsoft NDIS Capture", other Services from the Microsoft Manufacturer also fail to install with the same error. And e1000e network adapter also encounters the same error message.
