Currently bootc-image-builder is copying the osbuild-depsolve-dnf script from the builder into the container for use when creating the manifest. This is not the correct way to install it, and it is blocking us from improving osbuild-depsolve-dnf (see https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild/pull/1776). It should be installed using dnf so that the correct version is installed for the target platform.
